I realize Koreans speak to each other like this, I hear it when I’m listening to them, but oh! it’s hard. On the flip side, it’s hard for me to drop 저 down to 나 when speaking Banmal.  It was drilled into my head to be polite and now it’s hard not to be, so I end up making sentences starting with 저 and ending with 야!
