Wow, it’s already July.
I think our 1st try of peer editing project turned out quite nice.
What do you think?
Then why don’t we start our 2nd try?
joesp suggested ‘coffee and tea’ for our 2nd topic.
Why don’t we go with that or to be more general, how about ‘drink’?
Let’s stick with this new topic for 2 weeks.

I know what this means, but I don’t know how to say it in English. I’ve been in Korea too long. I haven’t been hungry or eaten for 4 days and know that the correct expression for this is 소화가 안된다, but for the life of me wouldn’t know what to say to an English speaking doctor.

I’m going home for several weeks and probably won’t be able to participate here until the end of August.
So I hope to “see” you all again here after the rainy season.
Have a good summer!

As the admin of this blog I apologize for my lack of participation in the outstanding peer editing project that Future K-Teacher has initiated.
I really want to participate, but I’ve got a summer course coming up that is taking up loads of my time preparing and have also had a number of personal issues to deal with.
I do want to say that I am very excited by the level of activity at 한국어 연습장 over the last few weeks and look forward to being able to more actively participate after July 18th. Thank you so much to Future K-teacher for reviving this blog and initiating a wonderful activity for KSL students.

we said we’d write once a week, and lo and behold, it’s been 7 days since dreamer proposed the first topic, “sleep”. For the second topic, what about anything about coffee and tea ............
good luck to those finishing up with school.

1. When you comment on others’ writing, you don’t have to focus on the mistakes. If that’s how it works, then it must be quite challenging to comment, right?
You can talk about how you think or feel about what others write(the content). By doing so, we can practice Korean once again.
In other words, you can always correct what’s strange or wrong in others’ writing and also freely talk about whatever you feel like to say, such as your feeling or any questions.
2. My Korean is not 100% perfect. Grammar is so and spacing as well and I’m not a good writer. So I want to tell you that you shouldn’t trust what I write too much. But I’ll make sure I try my best all the time.
